After searching Baker Motors online for a Certified Pre-Owned GLA250, I was contacted by Jesse Rone. He encouraged me to come in and take a look at the vehicle I was inquiring about. When I arrived the vehicle was out front. Jesse was very professional and looked professional as well. He wasn't pushy at all, but sought to satisfy my requests and answered all of my questions. This was the best car buying experience and the least amount of time I have spent at a dealership; the process was smooth. Jesse offered me coffee and water and was sincerely concerned about my comfort and time. I got a great car at a great price and I am enjoying it very much; I will definitely refer others to Baker Motor Company, and to see Jesse Rone for their next car purchase.

We took delivery of our GLA250 on 12/31. The process was simple and painless. Unlike any car purchase experience I'd ever had. We began with Deanna Marino, Internet Director, via text/email messages on a Saturday and, two days later, we took ownership of our new Mercedes. Working with Deanna was refreshingly straightforward. She transitioned us to Ben Brooks in sales and it became clear that honesty, transparency and empathy are traits that are in the Baker DNA. Ben could not have been more professional, yet personable. Clearly good at his job, there's a reason why Ben's been a sales leader for 6 years with Baker. He was empathetic and actually listened when I told him I had to get out of there in 30 minutes for New Years Eve reservations. He quickly, yet thoroughly, went through my paperwork with me and then got me to the front of the line with the Business Manager, so I wouldn't have to wait. Although we've owned Buicks from Baker, we are first time Mercedes owners. World Class Service, eliminating the pain and stress of buying a new car. Thank-you.

Ben Brooks was friendly, attentive and helpful - always in a mode of "earning" our business. It was quiet professionalism and Baker Motor Company offered a very fair deal. Very glad to do business locally. The arduous closing (of any new car deal) went smoothly . thanks to Business Manager Michael Wall, and then Ben did a nice job of "explaining and delivering" our car. Yes, from start to finish, this was a transaction themed by Ben's declaration he would try to "earn our business." We were impressed and grateful.
